You can print Service Central reports in the same manner as other iMIS modules.
To print Service Central reports
1. From Service Central, select Generate reports to open the Service Central Reports window.
2. From Available Reports, select a report.
3. Click the Set Report Destination button and select where you want the view the output.
4. Click Run.
The Date Range window opens.
5. Enter a Begin Date and End Date for the report.
Note: Enter a date range that is not greater than 30 days. If you enter a date range that exceeds 30 days.
6. Click OK to run the report.
